The practice behind the product
Core Close is built by CorpFin Solutions, an Australian accounting practice based in Perth, Western Australia.
We specialise in multi-entity client work: group consolidations, intercompany, and statutory reporting. The workflows Core Close brings together are the ones we run, by hand, every single month.
Why we built Core Close
We spent years consolidating trial balances in Excel, chasing intercompany balances that would not net off, and rebuilding the same workpapers for every multi-entity client.
The problems were the same everywhere. So we decided to build the platform we wished we had: one place for the whole close, instead of a folder full of spreadsheets and version numbers.
CorpFin runs its own client work on Core Close. We close our books with the same tool we sell.
We keep it simple: Australian-built, hosted in the Asia-Pacific region, a direct line to Xero, and no data lock-in. Your data is yours, exportable anytime.
