Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to begin. You get full access to every module across all your entities for the whole trial.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Add a card before the trial ends to keep working without interruption. If you do not, your account moves to read-only until you add billing. Your data is never deleted.
What does "per company" mean?
A company is one billing group in Core Close, the set of entities you consolidate together. Pricing is AUD 149 per month for each company. If you run more than one group, each is its own company.
What counts as an entity?
Each Xero organisation you connect, or each trial balance you upload, is one entity. A company includes up to 5 entities. Beyond that, additional entities are AUD 20 per month each.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Not yet. Billing is monthly for now. Annual billing is planned for a future release.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
